It is a legal responsibility to carry out periodic checks.

In accordance with the law numbered 6331 published in the official newspaper with the number: 28339 dated June 30, 2012 ^ The employer provides the necessary control, measurement, examination and researches in terms of occupational health and safety to determine the working environment and the risks that employees are exposed to in this environment. In this context, the Regulation on Health and Safety Conditions for the Use of Work Equipment was put into effect instead of worker health and work safety in the Official Gazette No. 28628 dated Thursday, April 25, 2013. It has been finalized with some changes made after this process.

According to the regulation, pressure vessels and installations, Lifting and delivery equipment, Installations and Benches are subject to a minimum of 1 inspection per year, unless otherwise specified in the standards.
